Minster Cleaning operatives receive comprehensive induction and ongoing training to help them perform their roles to the best of their abilities. The Minster Cleaning Network Support Centre is a fully accredited BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) training centre and is able to deliver industry recognised training to Minster Cleaning employees.
The induction process provides a full understanding of our company values, the expected behaviours that underpin these values and what is required to deliver great service. Training covers the importance of not only cleaning but also sanitising and disinfection. This applies especially to frequent touch points such as door handles, handrails and light switches. The significance of stringent colour coding practices to
prevent cross contamination is another key element of the induction / training process.
Cleaning operatives are also provided with the tools they need to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively. They are provided with the correct cleaning products and equipment to clean to the high standards agreed with our customers. Robust stock replenishment processes are in place to ensure they do not run out of materials.
Dedicated teams of field supervisors ensure cleaning staff are fully supported in their roles. They are also responsible for monitoring cleaning standards, identifying any ongoing training requirements and are a key point of contact for both customers and cleaning operatives alike.
