Minster Surrey cleaner Fernando showed an excellent example of going the extra mile when he noticed that a client’s cup was missing and kindly purchase her a new mug. The client commented that Fernando did not have to do that and passed her gratitude to the lovely evening cleaner. Managing director, Paul Bailey, has sent a personal Minster ‘Thank you’ card to Fernando on behalf of the client.
In other recent news, an experimental space hoover, partly developed by University of Surrey has reached the International Space Station (ISS). Its mission is to show how space junk might be removed from the Earth’s orbit and was launched from the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida (Source: Get Surrey).
