In other news, families, in Alsager, are fighting new plans for five warehouses on a busy road near the M6 amid concerns over extra traffic.
Dozens of residents have lodged objections after BAE Systems submitted proposals to develop land off Crewe Road, Alsager, close to junction 16 of the motorway.
A similar scheme had previously been rejected by Cheshire East Council, but the applicant has now made alterations to include a buffer zone between the development and nearby homes. (Source: Stoke-on-Trent)
