This month Minster Sussex would like to repeat a special thank you message to Glenis E who works for us in the Newhaven area. Despite having two regular commercial cleaning contracts to which she is appointed she has also been providing cover to two other sites in the local area to cover another member of staff, Sue D who suffered from a holiday accident that has seen her unable to return to work despite desperately wanting to. Both of these staff members have shown dedication to Minster but Glenis in particular has jumped in the breach to provide ongoing cover for her colleague in excess of 21 hours extra work per week. We are so grateful for your help Glenis, you seem to have taken to both sites you are covering with ease and the customers are delighted. We do hope Sue recovers but it seems to be a long process for her but our thoughts go out to her and her family. At the very least she can recover in the knowledge that her sites are being well looked after.
