Mike from Minster Sussex’s Cleaner Support Team was delighted by a text he received directly from a medical cleaning client after he took the time to unblock three of their toilets – a task we usually would not be involved with. However, going above and beyond the call of duty Mike saw to the problem and acted. Our customer texted to say she had left a bottle of wine for him and his efforts were highly appreciated. Mike says “It’s very nice to be appreciated by a customer, often the work is very hard and un-noticed. Moments like this really puts us on cloud nine!” – Thank you, Mike, for your additional effort to keep this customer happy!
