Minster Sussex migrates to the Cloud

Minster Sussex have installed a new state-of-the-art branch office computer network to replace its’ aging Windows Small Business Server and associated work-station PC hardware. Minster Head-Office IT Manager Neil W came down from Birmingham and spent two days with Branch Manager Paul Middleton – who is himself an ex-computer hardware engineer. The new system allows faster data-retrieval, on-site central data storage and backup with automatic off-site cloud backup using market-leading Acronis True Image software.

In other news, a survey conducted the charity the Born Free Foundation has revealed that 172 dangerous animals are living in the county and being kept privately in homes across Great Britain as pets. Animals include venomous snakes, big cats, red panda, wild boar, and primates such as the Red Ruffled Lemur (Source: Spirit FM).
