We have recently introduced an innovative Customer Feedback portal for all of their 140 office and commercial cleaning clients in Derbyshire and Leicestershire. 

Regional Director, Paul Watts commented: “All our clients get a weekly or fortnightly email with a simple traffic light feedback mechanism.  Clients can set the frequency of email they require and indicate their satisfaction of our cleaning standards and make any requests in real time. Time saving, it is quick and easy for the client and lets us know if they are happy with our service levels.  The customer thermometer has been introduced to all our clients and is proving to be very successful.”
