The Staffordshire branch are delighted to receive some positive feedback from a long term office and commercial cleaning employee who has recently gone through a tough time.
Nicola wrote on our Facebook page:
“I want to thank all the office staff and relief's for their help, support and understanding during this difficult time. You’ve helped me get to my contracts and back home after my husband, who has been very poorly, and was rushed into hospital. Thank you to all for covering the contracts I was unable to get to- it was much appreciated. I’m only just getting back to normal and my husband is finally out of the hospital. I consider you as part of our big family and I couldn’t have gotten through this difficult time without your help. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED!”
It was no problem at all to help Nicola out and to cover certain contracts which clashed with hospital visiting hours. Just like a family would, when times get hard for a member of our staff we do our utmost to support them. We’re glad that Nicola and her husband are getting back on their feet and we wish her husband a speedy recovery.
