We at Minster Coventry carried out our successful customer care calls in June to our clients to ensure that they are happy with the standard of cleaning service we provide them with, Our clientele have expressed with an OUTSTANDING 100% scoring that our services have been either Satisfactory or Good. (25% Satisfactory) (75% Good).
A lot of our clientele base is within the medical centre and dental practice and we offer a cleaning plan that helps to support Care Quality Commission (CQC) within their business premises, and this is proving very popular.
In other news, Coventry city’s taxis have been given the opportunity to switch to electric taxis in hope to banish air pollution. They will be testing the cleaner car from the electric taxi company Electric Blue in hope to move to battery power and achieve lower air pollution in the city (Source: Coventry Telegraph)
