In other news, Five longhorn calves have been born at Panshanger Park.
The cows first arrived at the park in April – as showcased on BBC One’s Countryfile on Easter Sunday – to provide low intensity grazing that will naturally help manage the land and support biodiversity.
The newborns are the first of 16 expected to be born over the coming weeks.
For many years’ sheep grazed the land at Panshanger Park, but landscape architect Humphry Repton had a different animal in mind when he created his vision in the 18th century.
