Tony Hughes, managing director of Minster Liverpool and Wirral was delighted to have secured the commercial cleaning contract with a high profile health insurance agency in central Liverpool.
Faced with an un-responsive and poorly performing supplier this new customer sought a reliable and communicative cleaning services company to take over the regular 5 days a week office cleaning service as soon as was possible.
Understandably cautious after their experience with previous supplier, this customer did extensive research of the providers in the Liverpool region prior to selecting Minster, stating that Minster was far more professional and responsive than all of the other organisations they approached.
Tony commented, “This new customer needed Minster to build trust having been let down so badly. Our ability to demonstrate a depth of experience and offer contact with our many satisfied customers was essential. Being able to sensitively handle staff TUPE requirements was also key as they wanted to retain the cleaners.”

Sections of the city have become unrecognisable from merely a few years ago. For instance, Lime Street Station has experienced a massive refurbishment and Clayton Square was given a facelift.
