Minster Matters Training June 2018

Minster Sussex continues with last month’s customer service training on “What does wearing the Minster Badge mean?”  Remembering, we are: Reliable, Consistent, Trustworthy, Flexible, Friendly & Great Value.

This month we are focusing on the value of Great Value.

So how can our cleaners be Great Value?
1) Care and give great service (ok service is not good enough).

2) Be friendly but always get on with your job. Don’t keep chatting!

Following these two simple rules helps us to drastically improve our customer service and makes sure that we are seen to be of GREAT VALUE to our customers.

In other news, pupils from five Sussex schools have worked with British Medical Association to get a taste of what a career in a medical profession is like. The programme was located at the Brighton Centre and was attended by year 9 and year 11 pupils from Peacehaven Community School, Angmering School, Hove Park School, Burgess Hill Academy and King’s Academy Ringmer.
