Steaming in to Help
Tuesday 10th July 2012 11:35 AM
The Wolverhampton, Walsall, Lichfield and Dudley branch of Minster Cleaning Services were delighted to be able to use their skill and resources to deep clean the catering facilities at a local Church Centre.
The Lichfield Methodist Church in Backchester Lane is a facility well used by many community groups as well as for worship. It is, therefore, imperative that the catering facilities are maintained to a professional standard of hygiene. The staff and volunteers on site maintain the facilities to a very high order; however, some areas required deep cleaning from specialist equipment if they were to maintain compliance with environmental health standards.
Minster Cleaning Services were delighted to be able to assist and deployed two technicians, along with, amongst other remedies, specialist steam cleaning equipment.
In recent correspondence Centre Manager, Kathleen Peat, said "Thank you for organising a very good clean - We are delighted".
The branch is not unfamiliar with cleaning at places of worship and carries out cleaning services including window cleaning, carpet cleaning and regular daily cleaning at many denominations across the area.
